I'm sorry you felt I was cold in my reply. I didn't mean to sound cold.
From what Jeanne's caption said, the father of your child did not have the Marfan syndrome. If that's true, chances are very high that your daughter doesn't have the Marfan syndrome, either.
Please don't worry too much, if that's the case. I'm bewildered as to why you wouldn't want to contact the father of the child for something as serious as this, but that's none of my business. If he left the two of you with not contact information, I am very sorry!
Just to make absolutely sure that your daughter doesn't have the syndrome, ask your pediatrician about it. But again, since Jeanne says her son didn't have Marfan, chances are very high that your daughter does not, either. Marfan doesn't skip generations. Jeanne had said, in the caption, that she has "definitely very possible Marfan Syndrome," (which of course does not mean that she has it. It just means that Jeanne thinks there is a high possibility that she has it -- but Jeanne's not a doctor). Since Marfan doesn't skip generations, then most likely your daughter doesn't have it.
