I did a Google image search on the word Marfan and found a few logos and drawn depictions of Marfan from around the world. Here's one for the Dutch group, Het Syndroom van marfan - Contact Groep Marfan Nederland, and the logo for the Norwegian group, Foreningen for Marfan Syndrom, and one for the Belgian group, L' Association Belge du Syndrome de Marfan. There's a tall, stretchy guy on a Swedish Marfan page, and a long, fluid basketball guy on this page for the Association française du syndrome de Marfan.
