'We may learn a lot about the biology of basic diseases by having those lines available.'" ... "The flawed ESC lines developed also include mutations that cause Marfan syndrome, myotonic dystrophy, neurofibromatosis type 1, Fragile X syndrome and Fanconi anaemia."
